todays plan: weight this 1pm when I woke up was 112.3lbs

4 mile run in the sunshine!= 360cals burned ish

1/2 head red cabbage cooked
8oz sliced mushrooms
2 tsp Japanese egg noodle soup mix
4 celery stalks
1 large onion
9oz fresh broccoli
grande nonfat latte from starbucks
large apple
8oz brewed coffee
water, water, water!
= 630 calories ish


and yes I am in for the spring break challenge. My goal is to lose 6 lbs.
